The user interface is important for the listening experience of online content
The purpose of Voice Intuitive's listening feature is to be as effortless and intuitive as possible for the user to consume website content. In service development, we have strived to get as close as possible to the ease of consuming content offered by audiobooks and podcasts.
User experience affects the way content is consumed
For many of us, audiobooks and podcasts are already a big part of everyday life. We are used to listening to content, especially in situations where reading is not possible or convenient. And sometimes we want to immerse ourselves in the world of stories in a form that is just plain to listen to and enjoy the experience, for example, with our eyes closed.
How can content be listened to more easily on websites in the future? Voice Intuitive has been designed with audiobook-like ease and intuitiveness in mind. The user interface view that opens from the Listen button, with its rewind buttons and speed adjustment options, creates a user experience familiar from audiobook and podcast applications.
Voice service features
When the user starts using the service by clicking the Listen button, the user interface view opens with the option to adjust the speed and rewind. Text tracking is also activated. The grey text tracking bar indicates where the text is currently being read.
There are rewind buttons on both sides of the Play button. In addition, thanks to the new feature, you can move to the desired location of the text by clicking on the desired part of the text with a computer mouse or, if using a mobile device, by pressing your finger on the right part of the text.
